Ok so I bought a new 6255 on my wifes account a year ago.  Great phone at the time, it had mp3 playback, bluetooth, removable memory, the works.  Horrible looks and design, too much of a rectangle if you ask me but a great workhorse never the less.  So I waited patiently for her contract to become renewable, and then it happened.  IT was the last one we had left in the store, and it was finally mine.   I din't want the Moto V3c, too  spendy and lacked too much at the time.  So I renew  and put the phone on there and then.....       ....    Then it happened, I made my first phone call, and 15 seconds later, it went white screen and then came back on after paniccing for a what seemed and eternity.  Well so like a good little geek I tried everything, tested every way to do whatever I could.  Nothing it still turns white after about 15-30 seconds.  So I called USC to see if I could exchange it for another 6255i, and they said they could exchange it for one without a warranty. HAHAHA!! Funny.  So I sent it in on warranty.  2 months latter i came back.  I remember opening the package cautiously, a little nervous, I added it to my line, dialed the number and  ... Nothing, white screen.  This repeated 3 times, After each time, my voice on the phone with NOKIA got a little more and more strenuous and louder and more insistent.  I've never really chewed anyone out until that day.  After three attemps.  all they ever did was reset the phone three times.  So I got on the phone the last time, demanded talking to someone who spoke english who would be able to help with the phone and they put on young asian american gal, and I told her my whole sob story and how it cost me 35 bucks, sending it in so many times, and guess what she told me to do... are you curious....  She actually told me "well  send it in and write the word bounce on the outside of the package and we will take care of it as quick as we can" ... after  a long fit of laughing histarically, I nonchalanttly hung of the phone still laughing.  My boss could tell by the look on my face that I was not pleased with the outcome...

Ok so long story short.  Anyone know how to fix this.  Come on theres a nice pat on the back or something in it for you.  And if anyone says that I should try resetting it, then I will, well I'lll,  I'll, I will laugh,... A lot.

Nokia got out of making CMDA phones for awhile. They recently got back into it.
US Cellular was testing 2 new Nokias and they failed horribly.
